2021 FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards: Silver Award (Industrial Category)
June 2, 2021: The 12 Waves emerged victorious as it won the Silver Award in the Industrial Category of the 2021 FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards. The 12 Waves is the only Malaysian development that made it onto the world final stage of winners.
The 12 Waves is a state-of-the-art 21st century warehouse in PKT Logistics Group Sdn Bhd’s integrated sustainable hub strategically located in the Batu Kawan Industrial Par, Penang.

February 11, 2019 - PKT has been recognized as Most Outstanding Malaysian Brands in Logistics by Branding Association of Malaysia.
Nov 2, 2019 - PKT's The 12 Waves, has won the Fiabci-Malaysia Property Award 2019 (MPA 2019) in the Industrial category. The 12 Waves is a 650,000sq ft warehouse with state-of-the-art features such as solar panels, natural lighting and ventilation, and an advanced security and surveillance system.
2018
Aug 18, 2018 - The 12 Waves was given recognition by the Malaysia Book of Records as “The Longest Warehouse in Malaysia” and “The Biggest Single Storey Warehouse in Malaysia”.
2016
April 14, 2016 - PKT has won the Ocean Freight Forwarder of the Year 2015 during the Frost & Sullivan Excellence 2016 Awards Night.
2015
April 14, 2015 - PKT Logistics Group has won 2 awards in the 2015 Frost & Sullivan Excellence Awards. Green Logistics Service Provider of the Year & Niche Logistics Service Provider of the Year.
Feb 10, 2015 - PKT has won The Best Brands in Green Logistics Service Provider award during The BrandLaureate 2014/2015 Awards Night.
2014
January 29, 2015 - PKT has been recognized and awarded as one of the Top 30 Green Catalysts Company in Malaysia. The award was presented at GreenTech Awards Gala Dinner at Majestic Hotel, KL, by GreenTech Malaysia.
2012
November 6, 2012 - In SOBA 2012, PKT won the Grand Winner for Malaysian Business of The Year 2012. Dato' Michael Tio also won the Grand Winner of Entrepreneur of The Year 2012.
We won another 3 awards which is Best Green Initiative: Gold Award, Best Employer: Silver Award and Best in CSR: Silver Award.
2011
January 12, 2012 - During The BrandLaureate SMEs BestBrands Awards 2011, we have won Best Logistics Service Provider of the Year, while our Chairman, Datuk Wira Jalilah Baba has won Tun Dr Siti Hasmah SMEs Woman of the Year Award 2011.
Our CEO, Dato' Michael Tio also has grabbed The BrandLaureate SMEs Entrepreneur of the Year during the award night!
November 1, 2011 - PKT Logistics won three awards in Star Outstanding Business Awards (SOBA) 2011. PKT has won the Best Employer Silver Award, Business of the Year Silver Award and Dato' Michael B.Y. Tio with the Entrepreneur of the Year Gold Award.
A total of 27 awards in 11 categories were presented at the SOBA 2011 ceremony held at the Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur. Eight were platinum awards, 10 gold and nine silver. There were a total of 115 entries from 83 companies in the event.
April 16, 2011 - PKT Logistics Group Sdn Bhd has bagged the prestigious Emerging Logistics Service Provider of the Year Award by Frost & Sullivan recently at the Frost & Sullivan’s Malaysian Excellence Awards 2011.
The award recognizes a logistics services provider which has done exceptionally well in growing its business with expanding market presence. It is also for a company that shows prudent and sustainable business growth with substantial investment to support its operation and achieve excellence in service offering.
