One Logistics Hub

Over 27 acres of land, PKT’s sustainable One Logistics Hub consists of The Ship, TheWaves, and The Lighthouse. The Ship was completed in 2009. The Waves a year later whereas The Lighthouse was completed in 2014.

One Eastern Hub

Also known as The Glacier, One Eastern Hub, the 5th generation warehouse will be located in Pahang, Malaysia.

The Glacier is conceptualized over a glacier center in New Zealand.

One Auto Hub

One Auto Hub is an integrated, sustainable logistics hub in Batu Kawan, Penang. Located in the fast-growing Batu Kawan Industrial Park, this development comprise a few components such as The 12 Waves, The Ship Campus, and the Japanese Garden. These enables One Auto Hub to provide essential support services to the Batu Kawan Industrial Area ecosystem.


One Northern Hub

Located at Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah, One Northern Hub, will be yet another of PKT’s integrated, sustainable logistics hub. featuring the BKH-ICD Inland Port at its core, along with warehouses (with Free Zone status) providing cross-dock facilities for cargo consolidation and container stuffing.

Slated to be ready by end of Q1 2024, BKH-ICD is equipped with the latest technology, including a terminal operating system, gate control system, security system and provisions for Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane operations. It is able to handle a capacity of up to 240,000 laden twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) per annum.

The ICD would be self-sustaining as it would also contain a petrol station and multi-storey tower providing co-working spaces, a skills centre, retail space, residential units and recreational facilities to cater to the needs of all ICD users.
