PKT Logistics Group Sdn Bhd has signed an MoU with Indonesia Port Corp II’s logistic arm PT Multi Terminal Indonesia on Friday that would lead to the setting up of a JV company which will focus on the creation of an automotive logistics hub and various related logistics businesses in Indonesia.
